EQUIPO ESTÁNDAR INCLUIDO: 1. Reel Holding Stand (Aparato porta-rollos): Reel Holding stand is used to hold and feed the paper properly into Glue Cascade system. The number of Stations for paper loading will be 10. Paper from 35 mm to 150 mm width can be loaded in this stand. It is made of MS angles and flats. It has bottom rollers to adjust to any position during operation. 2. Cascade Gluing system (Equipo para poner el pegamento): It is used to transfer the Glue from Glue tank to paper layers properly. In this system, there will be a Glue tank having stainless steel inner Jacket and MS outer jacket. Between these two jackets water will be there which will be heated to boil the Glue by means of electric heaters, if necessary. Glue will be pumped to Paper layers by Gearpump of capacity 110 litres per hour. Paper tension arrangement, Glue supply system and glue scrapper system to remove excess glue provided. 3a. Pre-Forming machine (Maquina para pre-formar Esquineros): In this system, the paper layers are fed into rotating Rubber rollers and formed to the required thickness. Outer layer having low GSM (paper thickness) and low Glue Value is fed along with these papers by means of extra glue arrangement. In this machine, the required width and thickness is obtained. 3b. Forming machine (Maquina para pre-formar Esquineros): After pre-forming, the papers are fed into forming machine which has three stations with big angular female and male rollers operated pneumatically. As the paper is fed through the machine, the angle is formed stage by stage and then it is passed to the shearing system. Rollers are driven by motors with speed control. 4. In-Line Cutting machine (Maquina Cortadora En-Línea): The formed edge protector is passed to the online Guillotine Shear. It cuts the edge protector to the required length. Shear is operated by a pneumatic cylinder which is actuated by an electric switch / sensor. |

EQUIPO AUXILIAR
OPCIONAL: 1. Slitting Rewinding Machine (Maquina para cortar y re-bobinar el rollo de papel): It is used to slit the paper to the required width. In this machine, paper roll having 40" width and 36" diameter can be loaded and slitted. There will be 12 Sets of Top and cutters in this machine with adjustable arrangement. After slitting, Slitted reels will be rewound on two rewinding shaft. The Tension of rewinding can be adjusted by means of mechanical clutches. Master roll can also be adjusted in position and tension. Minimum 3 tons can be slit in one shift. Minimum width of slitting is 40 mm and maximum will be as per requirement. 2. Wrap Around Punching machine (Prensa para cortar y Hacer Ranuras en el Esquinero para poder doblarlo en una forma redonda): This machine cuts slots on the formed Angle Board so that the Angle Board can be folded to make round shape. A die is fitted into a 10 Ton Power press. 3. Compressor (Compresor de Aire): Reciprocating Air Compressor with 10 HP motor 4. Additional Toolings (Matriceria Adicional): Additional Tooling for making ‘\__/’ Channel Type Angle Board |

Proceso de fabricación de Esquineros: 1. Carga los rollos de flejes de papel de ancho requerido sobre el Reel Stand (aparato porta-rollos) 2. Los papeles cargados sobre los rodillos y barras llegan al Glue Tank (tanque para pegar) 3. El pegamento se aplica sobre los flejes de papel 4. Cuchillas (knives) raspan el pegamento exceso 5. El pegamento exceso raspado por las cuchillas se regresa al tanque 6. Los flejes con pegamento están pegado y pasados por debajo de un rodillo 7. El cartón pegado esta alimentado a la formadora de ángulos 8. Los esquineros están cortados al largo requerido por el On Line Cutting Machine (Maquina Cortadora En-Línea) 9. Operación Opcional: La prensa (Wrap Around Punching Machine) esta utilizado para cortar ranuras / muescas en los esquineros para poder doblarlos |
